This 26 class series (held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3PM – 5PM) has been designed specifically for newly licensed Realtors and experienced agents wanting to build thier Real Estate business. This series will help you develop the confidence and habits required for a productive real estate career.
During the course you will meet with expert brokers, agents, trainers and leaders in our company.
What makes this training different from all training programs offered by any brokerage anywhere, is that the participant will not only learn from classroom information but hands on learning and practice along with field trips & mentoring.
This course will teach you how to:
- Develop the principals of operating a successful business.
- Develop lead generation skills and productive prospecting routines.
- Understand transactions from contract to close.
- Be aware of nuances involving sales and negotiation strategies.
