President and Chief Education Officer, Mike Morgan, has designed LAUNCH specifically for newly licensed Realtors to help them develop the confidence and habits required for a productive real estate career.
During the course you will meet with managing brokers, trainers and leaders in our company.
This course will teach you how to:
- Develop the principals of operating a successful business.
- Develop lead generation skills and productive prospecting routines.
- Understand transactions from contract to close.
- Be aware of nuances involving sales and negotiation strategies.
